1. Who is responsible
Constellity is currently operated by Gints Akselis in Latvia. For applicable data protection law, Gints Akselis is the controller of personal data described in this notice.
Privacy questions and requests can be sent to privacy@constellity.com.
2. Data covered by this notice
Depending on how you interact with Constellity, we may process:
- Website and security data: IP address, browser and device information, request time, requested page, and security or diagnostic events.
- Waitlist data: your email address and the product-update or private-testing communications you ask to receive.
- Account data: email address, authentication identifiers, verification state, and session or account-security information. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider and are not stored by Constellity in readable form.
- Campaign data: prompts, instructions, reference images, generated assets, titles, descriptions, links, schedules, approval choices, and processing status supplied or created during invited testing.
- Pinterest integration data: if the integration is enabled and you choose to connect an account, Pinterest account identifiers, authorization tokens, the boards or sections needed for your selections, publish instructions, and provider responses needed to show the result.
- Communications: your name, email address, message, and related correspondence when you contact us.
3. Why data is used
Constellity does not currently use personal data for third-party advertising and does not sell personal data.
AI processing
When you request planning, analysis, or generation, relevant campaign inputs and instructions may be sent to approved AI providers to perform that operation.
Constellity limits provider input to what the requested task needs and applies its provider, privacy, security, and operational controls to those requests.
4. Pinterest connections
Pinterest connection is not currently available to public users. When enabled, Constellity will use Pinterest's authorization process and will never ask for your Pinterest password or session cookies. Connecting will be optional, and the permission screen will describe the access requested.
Pinterest data will be used only to provide features to the account holder who authorized access. Constellity will not sell it, combine one user's Pinterest information with another user's information, or use it for advertising outside Pinterest. Disconnecting will prevent future API use and initiate deletion or revocation of stored authorization credentials, subject to limited security, audit, and legal records.
5. Service providers and disclosure
Limited data may be handled by providers that support hosting, authentication, databases, private file storage, email, security, monitoring, and approved content generation or publishing. Providers may act only for agreed purposes and are selected with security, confidentiality, and data-protection requirements in mind.
Data may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a future business transaction with appropriate safeguards and notice. Constellity does not share customer content or Pinterest API information with data brokers or unrelated advertising services.
6. International transfers
The planned primary application data plane is in the European Union. Some support providers may process limited data outside the European Economic Area. Where the law requires it, transfers will rely on an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism. Provider locations and transfer safeguards will be reviewed again before public production use.
7. Retention and deletion
Personal data is kept only while it is needed for the purposes above. Retention is determined by account status, the user's instructions, recovery and backup windows, security and audit needs, provider limitations, and applicable legal requirements. Data that no longer has a purpose is deleted or anonymized.
During private development, an invited tester may request account or campaign-data deletion through the privacy contact. Exact production retention schedules and automated deletion controls must be finalized and published before public beta.
8. Security
Constellity uses measures intended to protect data throughout its lifecycle, including access controls, private-by-default storage, encryption in transit, restricted secrets, tenant authorization, validation, logging controls, and recoverable background processing. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but suspected incidents are investigated and handled according to their risk and legal requirements.
9. Cookies and similar technology
The service may use cookies or equivalent browser storage that are strictly necessary for authentication, security, and session continuity. Constellity does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics. If optional analytics or marketing technology is introduced, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated first.
10. Your data-protection rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful use. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
Requests can be sent to privacy@constellity.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority where you live or work. In Latvia, the supervisory authority is the Data State Inspectorate.
11. Children
Constellity is a business productivity service and is not intended for children. Accounts must not be created by anyone who cannot lawfully agree to the service in their jurisdiction.
12. Changes to this notice
This notice will change as the product and its providers are finalized. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate additional notice when required.
